Description
The Makita DHR242Z provides an “Easy-to-grip” handle ergonomically designed to give the machine maximum power thrust, to provide the user a sure and comfortable grip in any operation; overhead application, drilling with palm-up or palm-down grip. Fitted with a one touch slide chuck for SDS-plus drill & chisel bits. The DHR242Z boasts a 3 mode operation gearbox with rotation & hammering, hammering only and rotation only. The body of the machine is separated into an upper and lower housing at the foot of the handle portion. At these points the DHR242Z is fitted with vibration absorbing cushion rubbers to aid in vibration control.
